CEO & Chairman of the Executive Board
Nancy McKinstry is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer since September 1, 2003, and Member of the Executive Board since June 1, 2001. In her current role, Nancy McKinstry lead the transformation of Wolters Kluwer to a digital company providing expert solutions that combine deep domain knowledge with specialized technology and services. Before assuming her present position in 2003, Ms. McKinstry gained more than a decade of experience at Wolters Kluwer and its operating companies in North America.

CFO & Member of the Executive Board
Kevin Entricken is Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer since May 1, 2013, current term until 2021. Previously Mr. Entricken has been CFO of Wolters Kluwer Health for three years, during which time he played a major role in transforming the Health portfolio. Prior to this role he served as Vice President, Investor Relations, and as CFO of the business unit Law & Business at Wolters Kluwer.
